Pyjamarama Day: Friday 1st May 2020


To celebrate the bedtime story and reading together, this year's Pyjamarama will be a day when families across the country can join in a festival of story-filled fun at home.

There'll be loads of activities and events for children to take part in – the only requirement is that they're done in pyjamas!

To make things even more fun, we’ve got PJ Masks, Horrid Henry and Tracy Beaker on board. They’ll be helping out and providing extra ideas and activities for a brilliant day in pyjamas on Friday 1 May.

The BookTrust (the home of Pyjamarama Day) have a whole schedule of events which are taking place on the day which can be accessed here and includes, amongst many others, the following:

 - Storytime with Floella Benjamin at 10am

 - Dance with PJ Masks at 10.15am

 - Chris Riddell draws your requests LIVE at 11am

 - Cressida Cowell draws, reads and answers your questions LIVE at 3pm
