We offer a broad and rich curriculum that motivates and excites our students. Our wonderful outdoor area is utilized throughout the year, providing hands-on learning experiences that bring education to life. At Holmwood, even our youngest pupils learn essential life lessons through our dynamic approach to teaching.
To ensure our children become fluent, confident readers, we have adopted the Read Write Inc program. Our pupils make excellent progress in reading, writing, math, and phonics, consistently meeting or exceeding national standards. This prepares them well for the next stage of their education, with most of our students transitioning to Two Mile Ash School with confidence.
Pupil behavior at Holmwood is consistently exceptional. Our positive behavior framework, built on trusting relationships and a strong culture of safety, underpins everything we do. We instill shared values, teaching children to respect themselves and others, and to take pride in their school.
