Holmwood Nursery Admissions Policy
Holmwood Nursery is a fantastic place to start your child's education; children regularly join in with activities in the attached school so they are familiar and comfortable with both the school staff and the main building ready for their transition to Reception class at Holmwood when they are of school age. Holmwood School is also a feeder school for Two Mile Ash School.
We are a term time only setting (in line with the school's term dates)
We have two seperate nursery classes. Puffins are our 2 - 3 year olds in our brand new toddler room and Penguins are our 3 -4 year old pre school children in our purpose built nursery building.
2 year old 30-hour funded sessions and 15 hour funded sessions are available for eligible families. 30 hour funded sessions are also available for our 3 and 4 year old children. To check if your are eligible, please visit the website below

Nursery Fees
3 - 4 year olds
All three and four-year-olds in England are entitled to the "Universal Entitlement," which is 15 hours per week. This funding is available automatically from the term following a child's third birthday and does not depend on your income or employment status.
If you are not entitiled to 30 hours funding, you can top up the universal 15 hours. The cost of this is £93 per week.
2 - 3 year olds.
15 hours (either 5x mornings of 5 x afternoons) £127.50 per week (£25.50 per session)
30 hours (9am - 3pm 5 days a week) £255 per week (£51 per day)
33.75 hours (8:30am - 3:15pm 5 days a week) £280 per week (£56 per day)
