BREAKFAST CLUB / AFTER SCHOOL CLUB / HOLIDAY PLAY SCHEME

We are keen to support working parents and offer children a variety of fun activities at our OFSTED registered Breakfast Club and After school club. We also have an external provider who runs Holiday Club and activity club from Holmwood. There details can be found here. 

BREAKFAST CLUB
Breakfast Club is open from 7.30am.  Children are offered breakfast on arrival, which is a choice of cereals, toast, fruit and fruit juices or milk. They are then able to read, draw, colour, play board games, chat to friends until the start of the school day.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
As part of our ongoing commitment to working Parents, Holmwood School is please to offer PATH After school club which is held at Two Mile Ash School. Children attending the After School Club are given a healthy snack, which is freshly prepared by the After School Club team.  We  are sensitive to each child's needs and cater for cultural/dietary requirements.

We believe that play is an essential part of a child’s development. All children will have the opportunity to interact with children of all ages.

The staff provide a child led environment allowing them to choose their own activities, which are supervised at all times. The children are able to put their own ideas for activities into a suggestion box. This will be part of the activity planner displayed in the hall.

There is outside play, team games (e.g. badminton), table tennis, wii gaming, and arts and crafts. There are also a wide variety of toys for the children to have free play with.

All staff are appropriately DBS checked and we always have a first-aid trained member of staff on duty.

We offer half sessions from 3.10pm – 4.30pm and full sessions from 3.10pm - 6pm.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
Please ensure you complete a registration form for your child and keep us informed of any changes to your contact details.  This will enable us to contact you immediately in case of emergency.

Please book your sessions on MCAS (My CHild At School) at least 1 day before you need them to attend. If you require a place in an emergency, please contact the school office. 

 FEES
